IP Network Product Manager (Pre-Sales Solutions) [UAEN]

About This Role

Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a skilled IP Network Product Manager to support the development and delivery of advanced IP networking solutions for enterprise and telecom customers.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, technical teams, and customers to design network solutions, prepare technical proposals, and drive opportunities from initial engagement through to contract closure.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of IP networking technologies combined with commercial awareness and customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Network Solution Development

• Develop IP network solutions to meet customer requirements and effectively articulate the company’s value proposition.
• Design network architecture aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Technical Proposal & Tender Support

• Draft quotations and develop High-Level Design (HLD) and technical proposals based on tender or customer requirements.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and commercial design aligned with project scope.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Manage the ongoing pre-sales process and support sales teams in identifying and developing opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships and anticipate customer technical needs.
• Attend customer meetings and presentations to support business development.

Opportunity & Project Management

• Manage projects from opportunity identification through to contract stage.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical and commercial deliverables.

Market & Product Analysis

• Conduct product competitiveness and market analysis to support solution positioning.
• Monitor market trends and developments in IP networking technologies.

Knowledge Sharing

• Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to technical sales teams.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or above in:

• Information Technology
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Telecommunications
• Computer Science
• or related field

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT or networking field
• Strong understanding of IP networking and cyber security technologies , including:
• Routing protocols
• MPLS
• VPLS
• IP VPN
• Firewall (FW)
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
• Experience with:
• BoQ preparation
• commercial design
• revenue improvement
• commercial negotiation
• Strong capability in IP network design and architecture
• Good understanding of IP networking trends

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications will be preferred:

• HCIE
• HCNP
• HCNA
• CCIE
• CCNP
• CCNA
