Qualifications
- You Must Have:. Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in science or engineering.. 0-3 years of professional experience in a technology firm; experience with patent analytics and patent prosecution is valued.. Strong technical background in the field of image processing, mobile computers, mobile communication standards, and/or optics.. Exposure to intellectual property concepts, laws and regulations.. Interest in conducting patent searches, analyzing prior art, and prosecuting patent applica
Responsibilities
- . Collaborate closely with inventors and technical teams to identify and review new innovations.. Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art to determine patentability.. Work closely with the IP leaders and outside counsel to prepare patent prosecution strategies and persuasive written communications.. Perform 3rd-party patent clearances and IP reviews for new products.. Facilitate offensive enforcement and defensive patent analysis.
- You Must Have:.
