About the role

Revolut is seeking a Treasury Investment Manager to manage liquidity and short-term investments.

The role covers yield optimisation using money market instruments, FX swaps and bonds, together with associated risk management activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Formulate and execute investment strategies across fixed income securities, money markets, short-term interest rates and foreign exchange, including derivatives.
  • Build analytical models and tools to improve portfolio returns, risk management and model-based optimisation.
  • Negotiate and improve commercial terms with counterparties.
  • Oversee liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange and other treasury-related risks and front-office procedures.
  • Drive infrastructure projects that improve the company's liquidity profile.
  • Provide treasury analysis for broader company initiatives.
  • Provide monthly liquidity updates to the Asset and Liability Committee.
  • Maintain current knowledge of liquidity markets and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

  • Front office trading experience at a major Australian financial institution.
  • Expertise managing a fixed income, FX, credit or repo portfolio in treasury, market making or portfolio management.
  • Strong quantitative capabilities and experience enhancing returns through analytical tools.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex financial concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject.
