About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join our Credit Investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of credit strategies, including corporate credit, structured credit, and private debt, within a dynamic, global investment platform. The successful candidate will support senior investment professionals in sourcing, analysing, and managing credit investments while contributing to portfolio construction and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fundamental credit analysis, including financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure evaluation
• Perform due diligence on prospective investments, including industry research and issuer analysis
• Support the execution of transactions across public and private credit markets
• Monitor existing portfolio positions, tracking performance, covenant compliance, and risk factors
• Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to internal investment committees
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and legal teams to facilitate deal execution and portfolio management
• Stay current on macroeconomic trends, market developments, and relative value opportunities in credit markets

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, leveraged finance, or Structured Finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of credit markets, fixed income instruments, and capital structures
• Experience evaluating leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, or private credit investments is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic Speaking preferred but not essential

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA is preferred
