Location: Abu Dhabi
We’re looking for a Manager, Digital Platforms & Integration to lead the development, optimization, and integration of digital platforms across the organization.
This role will drive seamless connectivity between CRM, ERP, marketing, and customer systems while supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance digital platforms across sales, marketing, and customer functions
- Lead system integrations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions
- Oversee vendors, technology partners, and system integrators
- Ensure platform performance, data integrity, security, and compliance
- Support rollout, testing, training, and adoption of new digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field ·
- 7–10 years of experience in digital platforms management, system integration, or related roles
- Experience within real estate, property development, or customer-centric industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ERP systems, and marketing technologies
- Proven experience managing integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
