Job Summary
- Manage and update stock levels and proactively maintain re-order levels.
- Coordinate with all parties i.e. suppliers, shipping freight agents, ware house etc. for timely delivery.
- Follow up for delivery details i.e. shipment dates, document verification etc and coordinate with clearing agent warehouse
- Keep a tab on product expiry dates and bring it to the notice of seniors for further action.
- Prepare delivery schedules in coordination with the store keeper drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure smooth movement of stock inwards outwards.
- Monitor supplies on an ongoing basis in line with the supplier manual to ensure conformance. Monitor material and check as per required quality standards.
- Liaise with sales and store team to communicate and resolve product availability issues, if any.
- Provide quick information on the Middle East customs, laws specially JAFZA procedures and practice as and when necessary.
- Implement every activity with high customer focus.
- Assist in implementing quality initiatives of the company.
- Maintain and update records of shipping activities, tracking etc. and report on the progress.
