Job Title: Inventory Controller – E-commerce (Amazon & Noon)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Inventory Controller
with a strong background in
e-commerce operations
, specifically managing
orders and inventory for Amazon and Noon platforms
.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
order management, stock control, and fulfillment operations
within marketplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor
- daily orders from Amazon and Noon
- Ensure accurate
- order processing, fulfillment, and stock allocation
- Track
- inventory levels across warehouses (FBA / SellerFlex / Noon)
- Perform
- stock reconciliation and inventory audits
- Analyze
- sales and order trends
- to plan replenishment
- Coordinate with warehouse for
- inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor
- out-of-stock items, returns, and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate
- reports using Excel
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 years experience
- in
- e-commerce inventory / order management
- Strong experience with
Amazon Seller Central And Noon
- Proven experience in handling
- order management and fulfillment operations
- Advanced
- Excel skills
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
- Strong understanding of
- stock management and replenishment planning
- Ability to handle
- large volume of orders and SKUs
Preferred
- Experience in
- FMCG / health & nutrition / skincare
- Experience with
- Amazon FBA, SellerFlex, and Noon fulfillment
