Role Purpose
The Inventory Assistant maintains supply and demand levels and ensures adequate stock availability for the shop.
The role reports through the Area Manager, Floor Manager, or Duty Manager and is based in a shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exact inventory records, control discrepancies, document damaged stock, and process weekly goods-transfer requests.
- Receive transfers, review documentation, check product codes, inspect expired products, and monitor inventory parameters.
- Reconcile pricing and stock-on-hand quantities with system and Dolphin reports and report new, aging, and discontinued products.
- Inspect guest areas, test machines, report maintenance issues, and ensure adherence to shop SOPs and corrective actions.
- Perform data entry, generate management reports, follow product movements, and coordinate stock records with the warehouse.
- Place approved orders, ensure delivery, unpack and stock shelves, maintain merchandising standards, and replenish stock.
Role Requirements
- The role requires accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, product inspection, expiry monitoring, and stock-discrepancy reporting.
- The role requires coordination with warehouse and shop teams, adherence to SOPs, data entry, management reporting, and timely stock ordering.
- The role requires use of FIFO or LIFO methods and reconciliation of stock records with system and Dolphin reports.
Workplace
- The role is based in a shop and includes in-person work across stock, guest, front-desk, treatment, and pre-treatment areas.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 4,000 per month.
