Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an International Off-Plan Client Advisor (Italian | Spanish | German Speaker).

The role focuses on advising international clients on off-plan real estate projects, providing tailored guidance on investment opportunities across the UAE and selected international markets.

Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound client communications, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable properties, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

The advisor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, payment plans, market trends, and legal frameworks relevant to international buyers.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Mortgage, and Admin) to ensure smooth transactions, high client satisfaction, and accurate documentation, while consistently meeting performance and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Proven Customer Service experience, ideally in real estate, financial services, or a related advisory environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, or German.
  • Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial protection products as they apply to property transactions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in off-plan or international property sales, investment advisory, or high-value consultative sales is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is preferred.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online property marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
