Sales Generation
: Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Client Relations
: Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end-users.
Property Presentations
: Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
Expert Advisory
: Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
Market Insight
: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Language
: Native or professional fluency in English Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
Experience
: Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory
Soft Skills
: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
Knowledge
: Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
