Key Responsibilitie
- **sEmployee Lifecycle Management**
- : Coordinate end-to-end onboarding (contracts, system access, orientation) and offboarding (clearances, final settlements) procedures
- **.Data & HRIS Management**
- : Maintain highly accurate digital and physical employee records in internal databases
- **.Payroll & Benefits**
- : Support payroll preparation by validating attendance, leaves, deductions, and assisting with benefits administration
- **.Compliance & Reporting**
- : Ensure all HR processes follow local regulations (e.g., UAE Labor Law) and generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover and headcount
- **.Employee Support**
- : Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers to resolve queries regarding policies, leave balances, and benefits
- .Essential Qualification
- **sEducation**
- : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **.Experience**
- : 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist roles
- **.Tech Skills**
- : Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- **.Knowledge**
- : Deep understanding of local employment laws, statutory requirements, and visa/labor processes (particularly critical for UAE-based companies
- )
