This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an International Off-Plan Specialist – European / Russian Speaker, open to both early-career and experienced professionals.

The role involves promoting and selling international off-plan properties, focusing on European markets and clients who speak European languages and/or Russian.

Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, hosting client meetings, and providing tailored advisory support throughout the buying process.

The specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, market trends, pricing, and payment plans, and coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to optimize campaigns and client outreach.

Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, managing documentation, attending events or roadshows as needed, and ensuring high-quality customer service from initial inquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
