International Events Sponsorship Sales Executive (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Dubai | Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a high-performing

Sponsorship Sales Executive

to join our growing international events team.

This is a commission-driven role with exceptional earning potential and the opportunity to work across global events in industries such as

Fashion, Technology, Energy, Sustainability, and more

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving sponsorship revenue for our international events by building strong relationships with brands, companies, and strategic partners worldwide.

You will play a key role in expanding our sponsorship portfolio and contributing directly to the success and growth of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing sponsors
  • Identify and approach potential sponsors to generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule and lead online meetings with decision-makers
  • Prepare, customize, and present compelling sponsorship proposals
  • Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and timelines set by management
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
  • Manage sponsor, partner, and vendor communications professionally and efficiently
  • Support the development of sponsorship portfolios across multiple events
  • Opportunity to build and lead your own sales team based on performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
  • event sponsorship sales or delegate sales
  • in event industry

(mandatory)

  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse clients and cultures
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets
