Immediate Hiring
We are seeking a detail-oriented News Editor & Content Quality Specialist to review, refine, fact-check, and approve news articles before publication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, readability, and editorial quality across a variety of sectors, including fashion, technology, energy, sustainability, business, innovation, lifestyle, and emerging global trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit news articles prior to publication.
- Verify facts, statistics, sources, and industry claims.
- Ensure content is accurate, balanced, and publication-ready.
- Improve grammar, clarity, structure, and readability.
- Maintain consistency in editorial style and tone.
- Identify errors, inaccuracies, and unsupported statements.
- Ensure headlines and summaries accurately represent article content.
- Approve articles for publication or return them for revision.
- Meet publishing deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum
- 3 years of professional experience in news editing, proofreading, or editorial review

- Strong editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills.
- Previous experience in journalism, publishing, media, communications, or editorial roles.
- Ability to evaluate content quickly and accurately under deadlines.
- Strong research and source-verification skills.
- High attention to detail and sound editorial judgment.
- Comfortable reviewing content across multiple industries and topics.
Compensation & Benefits
· AED 4,000–6,000 monthly base salary (depending on experience).
