Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environment and Active Directory
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office apps)
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WLAN networks
• Manage DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and network infrastructure
• Set up and maintain VPN connections and secure remote access systems
• Handle CRM system administration, user setup, and access permissions
• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access control policies
• Perform regular system backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery processes
• Maintain office IT infrastructure including cabling, routers, switches, and devices
• Support cloud-based tools and internal digital systems used across departments
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT service support

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Systems Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WLAN)
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Familiarity with firewall configuration and remote access solutions
• Experience managing CRM systems and user access control
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website editing
• Experience with WordPress development or maintenance
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic design/video editing
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Exposure to AI tools, automation tools, or AI engineering concepts
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS integrations
