About This Role

International Events Sponsorship Sales Executive

(Immediate hiring)

Highly commissions % driven (Up to 50% Commissions on sales)

The International Events Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfilment of sponsorship sales for our upcoming international events.

The company is currently expanding internationally and organizing

events in a variety of different industries: Fashion, Tech, Energy, sustainability and other industries

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent business relationships with prospective and existing clients to gain sponsorship for international events.
  • Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors.
  • Contact prospective companies and individuals to initiate the sales effort.
  • Schedule online meetings and prepare, customize, and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors.
  • Follow up on existing leads generated by outside sources.
  • Meet and exceed projections, schedules, timelines and KPIs set by the top management.
  • Deliver requested information and deliverables A-Z to potential sponsors in a timely manner.
  • Smartly manage sponsors, partners and vendors relationships via excellent communication
  • Negotiate and compile sponsorship sales contracts and agreements.
  • Lead or assist in the negotiations of building sponsors portfolios.
  • Potential to build your own sales team and grow with the company very fast after you meet the performance requirements

Requirements

  • We’re looking for people who have proven event sponsorship or delegates sales skills at the highest level and can demonstrate determination and drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with prospective/existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Goal oriented and sales focused with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Previous proven experience with sponsorship sales or event delegates sales is mandatory
  • Willing to work hard and go the extra mile.
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Able to multitask on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable and successful working with diverse groups of people
  • Packages and Terms:
  • -Commissions: up to 50% of any event's sponsorship packages sold
  • -Short commissions payment cycle (Commissions are likely payable within the same quarter)
  • -Performance bonus per event payable after any event
  • -Basic Salary on top: 4000-6,000 AED per month
  • -Travel internationally for events

-Remote or Hybrid options: No (Onsite in Dubai)
