Human Resources Intern

- The main duties and responsibilities of this role include
- Provide a welcoming and professional HR support presence by greeting colleagues, handling queries and calls, and maintaining confidential information with discretion.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes and guiding new hires through the induction program.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems by updating HRMS (Oracle), filing documentation, and communicating new joiner information to relevant departments.
- Support HR operations and administration tasks and assisting with colleague engagement events.
- Drive process improvement and collaboration by contributing ideas, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security regulations.
- Professional development and contribution by taking ownership of personal learning, assisting in special HR projects, and delivering high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated Intermediate level - Microsoft Office applications
- Previous use of learning management software systems is an advantage
