Intern/Apprentice - Learning Management System Administrator

Role Overview

LMS Administration

• Set up and maintain Docebo user accounts, including adding users, updating support team assignments, and deactivating users.
• Investigate and resolve user-related errors and process necessary changes.

Customer Support and Ticket Management

• Lead management of CRM tickets for TLC OnDemand requests.
• Maintain the TLC mailbox, resolve requests, and coordinate with TLC team members as needed.

System and Process Optimization

• Support LMS page redesign as legacy tools are decommissioned.
• Perform basic analysis and reporting for quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc insights.
• Review LMS AI-generated data for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to automate processes where possible.

Content and Documentation

• Assist with setting up new courses and course materials.
• Develop and maintain standard operating documents, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

Future Development

• The role may expand into programming and managing learning content in WalkMe, including Shoutout development and publishing.
• jQuery knowledge is required for the potential WalkMe content work.

Candidate Profile

• Provide excellent support to learners, instructors, and administrators.
• Explain technical issues clearly and communicate task status effectively.
• Manage recurring weekly tasks proactively and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accuracy in reports and double-check work.
• Adapt to new systems and changes in LMS technology.
• Use Outlook, data entry processes, and AI tools for text, image, and video generation.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Docebo or another LMS is desired.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills are desired for interface customization and layout troubleshooting.
• SQL or database management skills are desired for LMS data queries.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC is desired.
