Role overview

Presales and scoping

• Conduct preliminary studies with salespeople and respond to customer specifications, questions, and needs.
• Prepare and participate in commercial presentations and demonstrate GOLD prototypes using customer-proposed scenarios.
• Contribute to workload and schedule proposals, project scope and schedule, deployment strategy, IT solution architecture, and ROI planning.

Functional design and implementation

• Conceive project scope; prepare and present business analysis workshops and write design deliverables.
• Lead or participate in design workshops, identify gaps, and contribute to scoping choices and solutions.
• Analyze customer business processes and guide the processes to be implemented; define IT solution architecture.
• Lead consultant teams during design, manage deliverables, and serve as the primary contact for customer business managers.
• Contribute to testing or launch support and identify opportunities for additional products and services.

Education and experience

• Degree from a third-level institution such as a business or engineering school; IT knowledge is desirable.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Very good functional skills on GOLD.

Skills and languages

• Fluent French and English.
• Retail knowledge is desirable; supply chain and retail knowledge are noted as relevant areas.
• Technical knowledge of Java, Pro*C, PL/SQL, Unix, or Oracle is an asset.
• Customer focus, service orientation, presentation, communication, adaptability, teamwork, analysis, organization, thoroughness, and reliability in meeting commitments.

Mobility

• Geographical mobility in France and abroad is required.
