About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proact Interior Design Sales Specialist to support business growth through structured outreach, client engagement, and lead qualification.

This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, identifying opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline rather than closing high-value deals.

It offers excellent growth potential for high-performing and driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms
Re-engage dormant leads and activate existing client databases
Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-ups and timely communication with prospects
Welcome and engage walk-in clients professionally at the gallery
Present a clear overview of services and offerings
Accurately capture and maintain client information
Update and manage CRM systems with precision
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Manager

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable engaging with clients both in person and online
Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently
Interest in a creative, luxury, and design-focused environment
