Job Title : Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth through structured outreach, client engagement, and lead qualification.
This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, identifying opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline rather than closing high-value deals.
It offers excellent growth potential for high-performing and driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Re-engage dormant leads and activate existing client databases
- Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and timely communication with prospects
- Welcome and engage walk-in clients professionally at the gallery
- Present a clear overview of services and offerings
- Accurately capture and maintain client information
- Update and manage CRM systems with precision
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable engaging with clients both in person and online
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently
- Interest in a creative, luxury, and design-focused environment
