About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation based on project requirements.
• Review and revise drawings as per project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to resolve drafting-related issues.
• Interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings and convert them into detailed CAD drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update drawing records and revision logs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Support project teams with drawing modifications and documentation requirements.
• Ensure all drafting work is completed within project deadlines.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as Auto CAD Draftsperson, or similar drafting role.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of technical drafting standards and construction drawings.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Experience working with architectural, interior fit-out, engineering, or construction projects.
• Fluent communication skills in
• Tagalog and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of local construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or architectural projects is preferred.
