Overview
Arteco Ceramics is a leading distributor of worldwide luxury brands of porcelain tiles, mosaics and sanitary ware in UAE, hiring Interiors Designer/Sales to maximize sales while providing honest, informative and friendly customer service.
Interior Designer/Sales Responsibilities
- Overseeing the structure of the design department of the company ensuring the
- maximum effectiveness and success of the department.
- Help in establishing an organized design department by helping in employing the right
- candidates like draftsman and interior designer.
- Overseeing the design team to ensure that client requirements are met and that the
- appropriate designs, documentations, measurement and feedback to the client are
- completed on time and up to client expectations.
- Overseeing the design of showrooms displays regularly and effectively to attract
- customers and improve sales.
- Concept design and propose for the clients as per their requirements using the company
- material in the best possible way.
- Assists sales team and perform direct customers sales if required.
Target
- To create an efficient design department which is capable of handling full design jobs in
- the future.
- Improve the quality of renders/drawings provided to clients by training the draftsman’s
- and improving their skills.
- Increase sales by providing beautiful displays and design which is pleasing to clients
- along with correct measurements.
- The candidate must possess the below basic requirements:
- Knowledge of Russian language -MUST
- Excellent communication skills in English language.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in furniture, kitchen or building materials industry .
- With excellent knowledge and skill in AutoCAD, 3Ds, and/or other rendering software.
- Able to converse and plan designs with clients.

Salary
