sSales & Business Developmen

• tSupport the Sales Head in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• .Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors
• .Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events
• .Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and property management companies
• .Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into business opportunities
• .Client Relationship Managemen
• tUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions
• .Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• .Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• .Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities

.Coordination & Project Suppor

• tLiaise with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and proposal preparation
• .Monitor project progress and support smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
• .Assist in resolving client concerns and project-related issues

.Sales Administration & Reportin

• gMaintain and update CRM records, client databases, and sales pipelines
• .Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
• .Track quotations, proposals, and contract status
• .Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry
• .Experienc
• e3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within Interior Design or Fit-Out
