About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their requirements are met and gather feedback.
- Support sales initiatives by upselling and cross-selling products/services where relevant.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration/Marketing preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
