About This Role

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their requirements are met and gather feedback.
  • Support sales initiatives by upselling and cross-selling products/services where relevant.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration/Marketing preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
