Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Site Supervisor.
The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and project specifications are met.
The role involves coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors, supervising on-site work, and managing resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
The Site Supervisor will ensure compliance with safety regulations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Supervision, Site Management, and Coordination of construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Interior Design standards, materials, and best practices in residential projects.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Experience with time management and delivering projects within deadlines and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in residential interior design projects is an advantage.
