The Role
The company is seeking a recent graduate for an Interior Design Intern position through the Tamheer program or a co-op.
The role supports residential and commercial fit-out projects from concept development through execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualisations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Prepare FF&E selections and specification documents.
- Support design development from concept through execution drawings.
- Coordinate with the operations team on design intent during execution.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate eligible for the Tamheer program or a co-op placement.
- Degree in interior design or architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Comfort with at least one 3D visualisation tool, such as SketchUp or 3ds Max.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
Working Environment
- The intern will work on real client projects involving mood boards, drawings, specifications, and finished spaces.
- The role provides structured mentorship from the design and operations team.
- The work environment is fast-paced, with high standards for drawings and specifications.
- The intern will gain exposure to the project lifecycle from initial sketch to final furnishing.
