Insurance Support Consultant

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Insurance Support Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our insurance clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth policy administration and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records while demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and professionalism.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, and claims procedures in a timely and professional manner
• Process insurance applications, policy renewals, and modifications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation using company systems
• Analyze client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions and recommendations
• Support the claims process by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments
• Resolve client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Perform data entry and verification tasks with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay current with insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports and summaries of client interactions and support activities for management review
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance support, customer service, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with CRM software and insurance management systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
• Experience with claims processing or policy administration (preferred)
