Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Join customer and internal meetings to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support senior leadership during customer meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Track IT delivery initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and close action items on time.
• Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and strong sense of ownership.
• Good understanding of IT delivery lifecycles, business operations, and organizational processes.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous involvement in Digital Transformation, Data, AI, and Analytics projects.
• Exposure to technology, software, enterprise platforms, or digital-transformation initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with leadership presentations, governance updates, and business reporting.
