The work spans Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI Service.
Work model
- Offshore delivery aligned to UAE working hours.
- Initial required capacity is one resource.
Main responsibilities
- Design Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, visualizations, and semantic models.
- Build models with DAX and Power Query; connect to databases, APIs, Excel, and cloud sources.
- Develop ETL processes, prepare and validate data, and support migration and reconciliation.
- Optimize refresh, query, report, and model performance; implement access controls and row-level security.
- Publish and maintain reports in Power BI Service and troubleshoot data, refresh, and performance issues.
- Work with business users and CRM teams to convert reporting needs into analytics solutions.
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development, dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling experience.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 data structures, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and API integrations.
- Understanding of reporting security, row-level security, refresh, gateways, and Power BI Service administration.
- Stakeholder collaboration and strong troubleshooting skills across data quality, refresh, reconciliation, and performance.
