Job Description
Neeko Polyclinic is seeking a **dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced insurance coordinator** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in UAE insurance processes along with the ability to independently manage front office operations, ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be a **Certified Medical Coder (mandatory)**
- Handle **end-to-end UAE insurance processes** independently
- Manage approvals, submissions, resubmissions, and reconciliation of claims
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals, claims, and follow-ups
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details accurately
- Perform **empanelment processes and payment follow-ups**
- Maintain and track patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum **2+ years of UAE experience** in insurance coordination & front office role (clinic)
- **Certified Medical Coder (required)**
- Strong knowledge of UAE insurance processes and regulations
- Familiarity with **DHA, e-Claim system, and all major insurance portals**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and clinic management systems**
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
