Camali Clinic is a multidisciplinary consultant-led outpatient mental health clinic located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with two branches and a joint venture partnership.
The clinic provides high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care to children and adult who present with mental health difficulties.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Coordinator.
The Insurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
· Collect and document accurate patient information and insurance details.
· Update and maintain patient insurance records in the system.
· Prepare and submit insurance claim to various insurance companies.
· Investigate and resolve claim denials or discrepancies.
· Communicate with insurance companies to address claim-related issues.
· Collaborate with clinicians to obtain necessary documentation for claim submission
· Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing insurance claims.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have bachelor’s degree with a minimum 4 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience in Insurance coordinator roles.
