Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and databases
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and clients regarding policy issuance and renewals
- Support claims processing by collecting required documents and following up on claim status
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, premiums, and claims
- Verify the accuracy of insurance applications and supporting documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and policy schedules as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, broking, or a related administrative role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy documentation, and claims processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational/multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and insurance/CRM software
