About This Role
Overview
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure plant I&C equipment is maintained to a standard that maximizes the reliability and availability of the plant, in accordance with OEM guidelines and under the direction of the Head of I&C Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of I&C equipment.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Support Emiratization and participate in training programs.
- Complete work orders and ensure timely and quality maintenance.
- Support fault investigation, defect correction, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure readiness for 24/7 plant support and emergency response.

- Timely work completion

- Clear maintenance documentation
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong I&C knowledge in power and desalination plants
- Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Safety and compliance awareness
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams
- English proficiency and computer literacy
Experience
1-2 years and for fresh graduates as a trainee.
Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in the below :
-Electrical & Control Systems
-Or Industrial Training Institute.

Working Hours
-The normal working hours will be from 7:30am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday.
-Friday 7:30 am to 3:15 pm with hour prayer break.
-Ready to be located near site during the shift days
-Must be flexible to report to duty in case of an emergency.
