Overview
Our client is a leading asset manager seeking to hire an Arabic speaking Junior Director / Vice President into its Institutional Sales team, focused on the Middle East and broader emerging markets
Based in Dubai, this role offers an opportunity to play a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across MENA, working closely with sovereign wealth funds and other government-related institutions
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors across the Middle East
- Drive new business development with sovereign and government-linked clients
- Support capital raising efforts across a range of investment strategies
- Partner with internal investment and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Represent the firm in client meetings, roadshows, and industry events
Candidate Profile
- Experience in institutional sales, client coverage, or capital raising within asset management or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, with a particular focus on fixed income/alternative credit products
- Proven track record of engaging senior institutional stakeholders
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- **Fluency in Arabic and English is essential**
- Willingness to travel across the region
