About This Role

Our client is a leading asset manager seeking to hire an Arabic speaking Junior Director / Vice President into its Institutional Sales team, focused on the Middle East and broader emerging markets

Based in Dubai, this role offers an opportunity to play a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across MENA, working closely with sovereign wealth funds and other government-related institutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors across the Middle East

• Drive new business development with sovereign and government-linked clients

• Support capital raising efforts across a range of investment strategies

• Partner with internal investment and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions

• Represent the firm in client meetings, roadshows, and industry events

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in institutional sales, client coverage, or capital raising within asset management or financial services

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, with a particular focus on fixed income/alternative credit products

• Proven track record of engaging senior institutional stakeholders

• Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential

• Willingness to travel across the region
