The role leads patient acquisition, appointment bookings, and revenue growth across clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales and patient coordination team.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and social media.
- Convert leads into appointments and treatment bookings, and achieve sales, revenue, and patient conversion targets.
- Monitor and improve lead-to-appointment and treatment conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Analyze sales performance, implement improvement strategies, and coordinate with marketing to maximize lead return on investment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient experience.
Requirements
- At least five years of healthcare sales experience in a dental clinic, hospital, medical center, or healthcare organization.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Experience managing sales, telesales, or patient coordination teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
