A prominent client in Qatar is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team.
If you're strong in Tier 2 troubleshooting and enjoy solving complex technical issues, this could be the perfect fit.
📍 Location: Qatar (On-Site)
💼 Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: QAR 6,000 – 8,000
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Resolving escalated Tier 1 issues
- Advanced troubleshooting (hardware, software, access, apps)
- Managing IT assets and equipment distribution
- On-site support, PC deployment, and vendor coordination
- Reducing recurring incidents and handling escalations
- Ideal candidate:
- Proven Tier 2 IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and end-user support
- Ability to work across multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
