Required Skills & Competencies
· Minimum of 10+ years' experience as PM in a bank.
· IT Project Manager with extensive banking experience, especially in
Asset or Wealth Management
. (Any one
Products handled: Avaloq - Front Office , Finastra TCM - Middle Office , Temenos - Back Office)
· Experience in
Custody - TCS Bancs, Securities, Lending & Borrowing - FIS
· Expertise in
project implementation/full project life-cycle
· Implemented projects/ Programs on Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking sector
· Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology
· Solid experience and knowledge of
process mapping/process re-engineering
on
Asset & Wealth Management
· Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
·
Change Management Methodology
– proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
·
Operational or change experience
in the asset management industry
· Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
·
Change Management Implementation
- Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
- · Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set
- ·
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
