Supports computer software, systems, applications, user accounts, and telecommunications activities.
Provides technical guidance and helps improve business processes and service quality.
Technical and telecommunications duties
- Troubleshoot computer software and systems and recommend solutions to business problems.
- Operate computer and peripheral equipment; support and maintain applications programs and user accounts.
- Maintain records of communication transactions, technical problems, remedies, and installations.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Coordinate telecommunications planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation, including client/server support.
- Advise on telecommunications policies, technical issues, priorities, and methods.
Team and workplace duties
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Support team goals, follow company policies, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
- Use computers and POS systems to enter and locate information; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
Schedule and location
- Full-time position at the Dubai property; the posting says the role is not remote.
