Regulatory & Compliance Support

• Support adherence to relevant
• DFSA requirements
• and

DIFC

• obligations relating to technology, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Assist with preparation for regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections (including evidence gathering and documentation).
• Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, registers, and control documentation.
• Support responses to regulatory queries and internal governance requests.
• Track regulatory updates and changes impacting IT operations and coordinate internal follow-up actions and update the policies and procedures.

IT Governance, Risk & Cybersecurity

• Support IT risk assessments, gap analysis, and remediation tracking .
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing controls related to:

-Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Support third-party/vendor oversight activities, including IT due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and compliance tracking.

IT Operations Support

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure effective implementation of IT controls.
• Support end-users when facing problems and issues; understand their requirements and propose solutions for automation.
• Support DR and BCM documentation, testing records and tracking of actions.
• Assist with access reviews, logging checks, and basic security monitoring.
• Help maintain incident logs, root cause documentation, and corrective action follow-up.

IT Systems Management

• Prepare a yearly plan and budget for IT systems. Suggest continuous enhancements to the systems.
• Keep all IT systems updated, properly licensed and covered by SLAs.
• Manage IT suppliers’ contracts, follow-up, renewals,…
• Ensure smooth IT systems operations and continuity.
• Monitor, maintain and enhance IT systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the field.
• Prior Experience in a financial institution or regulated environment preferred.
• Exposure to DFSA / DIFC regulations is an advantage.

Skills

• Working knowledge of IT governance, controls, and compliance documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with a proactive, continuous-learning mindset.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in
