Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Banking Sales Executive – Merchant Services to acquire new merchant partners, promote payment solutions, and build long-term client relationships while driving business growth and revenue objectives.
This is a full-time position based in Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, banking sales, payment solutions, or financial services
- Proven experience in acquiring merchants and promoting POS terminals, payment gateway, or digital payment solutions
- Strong understanding of merchant services, acquiring business, and payment industry practices
- Experience achieving sales targets and managing customer portfolios
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in identifying and acquiring new merchant accounts across various business sectors
- Capable of promoting POS, payment acceptance, and digital banking solutions based on customer needs
- Adept at developing strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and preparing sales proposals and agreements
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, merchant onboarding, and CRM updates
- Effective planning, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives
