We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and delivering government IT projects within the Saudi market.
- Previous experience working with leading companies in the same industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern software solutions, digital transformation technologies, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop technical teams.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi government procurement environment and project lifecycle.
- Experience with the Etimad Platform is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and private-sector clients.
- Identify business opportunities and support sales activities.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor technical teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, software solutions, and AI trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- - Relevant certifications and advanced qualifications will be considered an advantage.
