Responsibilities
- Lead the IT team, encourage collaboration and continuous improvement, and provide staff mentorship and development.
- Develop IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee networks, servers, and systems; manage budgets and plan infrastructure upgrades and installations.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion within schedule, scope, and budget; collaborate with departments on technology needs.
- Maintain security policies and procedures and support compliance with data-security and privacy standards.
- Oversee user technical support and training, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Report IT performance, project status, and budget reviews to senior management; analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, and security principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience with project-management methodologies.
- ITIL, PMP, or CCNA certifications are a plus.

- Proficiency in managing planned and ad-hoc IT projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
