About The Role

We're looking for a technically-minded Business Development Executive to help grow our IT services and consulting business.

This is an entry-level role built for a recent Computer Science graduate who wants a career in tech sales and client-facing work — someone who understands technology well enough to speak credibly with clients, and who's eager to learn how to turn conversations into business.

You'll be the bridge between our technical team and our customers: identifying new opportunities, understanding what clients actually need, and helping shape solutions that fit.

We'll support you with training, mentorship, and a clear path to grow.

What You'Ll Do

Research and identify potential clients across target industries

Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking

Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior team (and increasingly run your own)

Sit in on client discovery calls to understand technical requirements

Work with our engineers and consultants to scope solutions and prepare proposals

Keep the CRM accurate and up to date (we use Odoo)

Help prepare presentations, quotes, and follow-ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

What We'Re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a closely related field such as Software Engineering or Information Systems)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Genuine interest in sales, client work, and the business side of technology
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in plain language
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reaching out to people you don't know yet
  • Comfortable with everyday tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations); CRM experience is a plus
  • Nice to Have
  • Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, or a client-facing role
  • Familiarity with IT services concepts (cloud, networking, software solutions, cybersecurity)
  • Experience with a CRM such as Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
