Research and identify suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and content creators.Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and completion.Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Prepare campaign briefs and communicate expectations clearly to influencers.Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.Track influencer deliverables and ensure timely content publication.Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates.Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign records, contracts, and performance reports.Collaborate with the Marketing, social media, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective partnerships.Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for future influencer campaigns.
