Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Indoor Sales Executive
to handle shop sales and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of welding equipment, cutting tools, and welding accessories, and be capable of assisting customers in selecting suitable products while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
- Promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, PPE, and safety accessories.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom/shop is well maintained.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
