Inbound Supervisor -SPARK Site

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is not mandatory for this frontline warehouse supervision role.
- A high school diploma, technical diploma, vocational qualification or equivalent practical background is acceptable
- Candidates without a degree may be considered when they demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant, progressive and verifiable warehouse or logistics experience, including substantial frontline leadership responsibility
- Operational competence, safety leadership, WMS capability, people supervision, inventory discipline and measurable delivery results over academic credentials alone
- Warehouse operations, logistics, safety, MHE, WMS, Lean or supervisory certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Relevant equipment licences are required where the role is expected to operate or directly control licensed equipment
- 7–10 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial operations experience with minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising frontline operational teams is preferred
