Role overview

Implementation and client delivery

• Lead concurrent implementations and serve as the client's primary point of contact.
• Build project plans and status reports, keep work on track, and flag risks early.
• Translate client requirements into Prophix One configurations, financial models, and reports.
• Train client teams and partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Build stakeholder trust, communicate progress, and address scope, timeline, and risk concerns.
• Identify potential additional services, and contribute to internal builds, documentation, and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate Prophix, Monday.com, and Odyssey records; use approved AI tools for research, drafting, and data review.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with financial statement preparation.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant field.
• Business acumen; strong communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of financial principles, concepts, and terminology; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the position's country; ability to travel in the United States, Canada, and internationally as required, with a valid passport.
• Comfort using AI responsibly, learning new technologies, and working across functions and with senior finance leaders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience implementing or configuring CPM, FP&A, ERP, or other complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Monday.com, formal project management training or certification, or consulting and client-facing software delivery.
• Experience identifying and scoping additional services or expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.

Compensation

• Total target compensation is CAD 81,000 to CAD 92,000; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
