Role overview

Client delivery and implementation

• Participate in remote and on-site implementations, including configuration, setup, and go-live support.
• Train client teams to use Prophix One capabilities.
• Translate client business problems into practical solutions with senior staff guidance.
• Manage tasks and timelines across concurrent short-term consulting engagements.

Client and internal collaboration

• Engage professionally with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other senior finance stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate customer issues throughout projects.
• Provide product guidance to internal colleagues and external customers.
• Contribute to internal project work and apply feedback from senior consultants.

Required qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field, plus 0–2 years of relevant experience; co-op and internship terms count.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals under IFRS, ASPE, or US GAAP and the three core financial statements.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables; able to clean large datasets.
• Able to manage concurrent deliverables and communicate with senior finance stakeholders in writing and meetings.
• Responsible use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for research, drafting, or data review.
• Able to work hybrid from the Etobicoke office, travel to client sites as needed, and legally work in Canada.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to CPM or FP&A platforms such as Prophix One, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, or OneStream is preferred.
• ERP exposure such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct, or experience with budgets, forecasts, or month-end close, is preferred.
• Basic SQL, Power Query, or Power BI skills are preferred.
• Client-facing or training experience and progress toward a CPA or CFA designation are preferred.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid work from the Etobicoke office, with travel to client sites as needed.
• Implementations may take place remotely or on-site.

Compensation

• Total target compensation is $73,000 CAD to $82,000 CAD; the description does not state a pay cadence.
