Role overview

What you will do

• Participate in remote and on-site implementations, including solution configuration, setup, and go-live support.
• Train client teams to use Prophix One and support adoption by finance users.
• Respond to client business questions and develop practical solutions with guidance from senior staff.
• Manage tasks and timelines across concurrent consulting engagements.
• Engage with senior finance stakeholders, identify and escalate customer issues, and provide product guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to internal projects, take direction from senior consultants, and apply feedback to improve delivery.

Required qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field, plus 0–2 years of relevant experience; co-op and internship terms count.
• Working knowledge of accounting under IFRS, ASPE, or US GAAP and the ability to explain the three core financial statements and their connections.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables; able to clean large datasets.
• Able to manage concurrent deliverables and communicate clearly with senior finance stakeholders in writing and meetings.
• Responsible use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for research, drafting, or data review.
• Able to work hybrid from the Etobicoke office, travel to client sites as needed, and legally work in Canada.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to a CPM or FP&A platform such as Prophix One, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, or OneStream.
• ERP exposure such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct, or experience with budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close.
• Basic SQL, Power Query, or Power BI; client-facing or training experience; progress toward a CPA or CFA designation.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid work from the Etobicoke office, with travel to client sites as needed. Implementations may be remote or on-site.

Compensation

• Total target compensation is CAD 73,000–CAD 82,000; the posting does not specify a compensation period.
